1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or scheduling services—whether at our Tulsa office located at 8502 E 41st St, Ste 101, Tulsa, OK or virtually—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

 
2. Booking & Payment Policy
All appointments must be pre-paid in full to secure your time slot. Your session is not confirmed until payment is received via our secure portal:

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Changes made within 24 hours are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

 
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
If proper notice is given, we may offer a credit toward a future appointment at our discretion.

 
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.
Appointments will not be extended beyond the scheduled time slot.

 
6. Service Delivery
Our services rely on the accuracy and timeliness of the information you provide.
Incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate documentation may affect your outcome.
We are not liable for the consequences of services based on such information.

 
7. Confidentiality
All client data is kept strictly confidential and handled in compliance with IRS Circular 230 and other professional standards. Your privacy and trust are critically important to us.

 
8. Use of Services
AJ’s Accounting and Tax Services, LLC provides tax preparation, planning, and consulting services. These services are intended for lawful and ethical use only. Clients agree not to misuse our services for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes.

 
9. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, text, graphics, downloads, and brand materials—is owned by AJ’s Accounting and Tax Services, LLC and is protected by copyright law.
No reproduction or redistribution is permitted without written permission.

 
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Non-payment or charge disputes
• Repeated no-shows or cancellations
• Requests for illegal or unethical tax practices

12. Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the breach thereof, or any service provided by AJ’s Accounting and Tax Services, LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration shall take place in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
